"Important Damage History Didn’t Show Up"
I bought a report from here because I wanted to be careful, but it didn’t show flood and fire damage records that I ended up finding later through another source. Reading between the lines, that’s a big miss, especially since that was the main reason I paid for it in the first place. it felt like money wasted, and I’m not sure I’d trust their checks again.

"Felt like I had to beg for basic service history"
I paid to look up the maintenance history and got barely anything useful back. A bunch of oil changes and repairs I know were done just weren’t there, so it felt like I was begging for basic info I had already paid for. Frustrating, and I’m still annoyed I wasted money on it. I wouldn’t use it again

"Decent site, but the wait was annoying"
I used Autocheck.com to get a vehicle report, and overall it did what I needed. Finding the report wasn’t too hard, but the site felt a little slow and cluttered in places. Checkout worked, though it wasn’t super clear at first. The most frustrating part was waiting in the queue when I needed help, it felt like it took longer than it should have. It’s an okay site, just not the smoothest experience.

"Renewal billing felt sneaky"
I wasn’t expecting the renewal charge and it felt like it just slipped through without a clear heads-up. That part was weird and left a bad impression. I don’t see myself using this again.

I checked the theft record and it did give me some useful recovery info, so that was good. It just wasn’t super clear at first, like I had to piece things together a bit and I’m still not totally sure if I understood everything right, but it helped enough to move forward

"Felt like a letdown"
I paid for the report hoping it would give me something more useful or detailed, but I still remember opening it and feeling that little wave of disappointment. Most of the information was basic and stuff I had already found for free elsewhere. For the price, I expected a lot more depth. Maybe it works for someone starting from zero, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"AutoCheck missed an open recall"
I ran an AutoCheck report expecting it to flag anything important, but it didn’t show the open recall on my car. I’ve had to explain this more than once now, which is frustrating because that’s exactly the kind of thing I thought the report was supposed to catch

It did show the previous owners, which was helpful, but the dates and ownership changes left me a bit confused. I was hoping it would be clearer, so I felt a little frustrated trying to piece everything together

"Helpful, but the info needs to catch up"
autocheck was decent for getting a quick idea of the car’s history, so I’ll give it that. But some of the info felt like it was lagging behind, which is kind of annoying when you’re trying to make a decision on a car. Like, what’s the point of checking a report if I still have to go back and double-check everything with the dealer anyway? It wasn’t terrible or anything, and it did help a bit, but I really wish the updates were faster and more current...

"Works well with our dealer system, just a little slow sometimes"
We’ve been using AutoCheck through our dealer system, and it’s been smooth overall. The reports usually pull in without much fuss, and the VIN lookup is quick enough for what we need day to day.
The only thing I notice is that the syncing can feel a little sluggish here and there. I kind of suspect it might be happening when the system is busy, but that’s just a guess. Some of the screens could also be a bit more straightforward.
Still, it saves our sales team time and fits into our workflow well. It’s not perfect, but it does what we need it to do, so I’d give it 4 stars.

The report was easy enough to read and I could follow it without much trouble. It was clear, which I appreciated, but I kept wishing there was more detail in a few places. Some sections just felt a bit too brief, more detail would’ve made it more useful. Overall it was fine, just needed a little more information here and there.

I paid for the report, but the auction history seemed to be missing, and some of the sale records just didn’t look right to me. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or the data just wasn’t there, but I still ended up having to check other places to feel confident

I bought the report hoping it would make me feel better about the car, but it kind of confirmed the doubts I already had. Some of the info was helpful, but I kept noticing the missing details more than anything else. For the price, I expected to come away feeling a lot more confident. I ended up checking a few other sites too just to see if they matched what I was already thinking

I paid for the report hoping it would clearly show any lien or loan details, but that info still wasn’t really there. I ended up having to call the DMV and the lender myself to figure it out. frustrating and it felt like a waste of money. I definitely regret not reading reviews first.

The report did show the total loss history, which was helpful, but overall it felt limited. I also didn’t love the way some of the info was presented, it kind of felt like I was being talked down to instead of just getting clear details.

"Canceling was such a hassle"
I tried to cancel my account and somehow still got charged anyway. The whole process was annoying, honestly. I had to keep checking, keep trying, and it still didn’t seem to go through properly. It’s just frustrating to cancel something and then still see a charge show up. Really annoying experience

"Support could’ve been better"
I used autocheck.com and had a question about one of the reports, but support wasn’t super helpful. The replies were brief, and I ended up having to explain the same issue more than once, which got a little frustrating. I did eventually get some information, so it wasn’t a total loss... just took longer than I expected. Not really the best experience

It did pull up the car info I needed, so that part was fine, but the search felt a bit slow when I was just trying to check something quickly. I also expected the instructions to be a little clearer, which would’ve made the whole process feel smoother.
